Registration Fees
Instrucutions for the payment of the registration fee
In order to registrate yourself in our online system, please choose one of the payment fees listed below. Authors are individuals who will present a paper in the Symposium, whereas attendees are those who can only attend lectures, without presenting a paper. Besides these fees, SEAM 2024 offers a free fee for those who only want to attend the CREA lecture. In this case, the person can't attend other lectures or participate in the rest of the event. If you have any questions, please contact us using our contact form.

It's highly recommended that Authors wait until the acceptence of the abstracts to pay their fees, as there's no refund policy if the paper is declined.

BSE students who want to participate in the event don't need to pay the corresponding fee. In this case, it is necessary to attach the BSE paper (PDF version) in the subscription form.

After paying your fee, please send the bank receipt (PDF version) as well as your personal informations through the registration form to validate your registration. If you chose the CREA lecture option, you don't need to send a bank receipt.
